This is a comprehensive approach built on advanced technologies that combines aesthetics and functionality. Doctors pay great attention not only to appearance but also to preserving function — for example, in rhinoplasty, surgeons ensure the patient can breathe freely.
A medical interpreter is present at all consultations and at the clinic. On the day of surgery, a coordinator speaking your language will be with you. You will not be left alone with any misunderstanding.
Surgeons do not pay us to be on the shortlist. We receive payment directly from you for our expert work — this is our operating principle. Our reputation depends on your successful result, so we are motivated to recommend only those in whom we have 100% confidence based on their track record.
You are not obliged to agree. We can always return to the shortlist and get a second or third opinion from another specialist. Our goal is for you to feel complete confidence, not pressure.
As a concierge service, we are responsible for the quality of selection and organization, but we cannot provide medical guarantees. The outcome of any operation depends on individual anatomy, genetics, and your precise adherence to rehabilitation recommendations. However, we make every effort to minimize all possible risks at the selection stage.
When you come to us, we enter into a support agreement covering: surgeon selection, online consultation arrangement, and preparation of your document package (questionnaires, minimum test list). We then book your surgery slot and assist with visas and travel. With extended support, our team accompanies you at every stage — during surgery, rehabilitation, and post-op follow-up. A separate medical services agreement is signed directly with your surgeon and can be reviewed in advance.
